The hotel staff spoke fluent English and provided useful tourist information. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and accessible by public transportation.

The location of the accommodation was fair and easily accessible to the city center either by foot or bus as guided by the available map in the room. the room itself was clean despite the fact that it lacked a proper door and was equipped with only a patent wardrobe. Staff attempted to communicate in English despite language barriers.
The breakfast was a massive letdown with only a packaged biscuit and instant coffee offered- it cannot be considered a proper breakfast.

Had a great stay over Christmas! The colorful and eclectic decor gave a vibrant, homely vibe and the selection of breakfast treats was perfect. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still a few minutes away from the attractions of the city center and its transportation hubs. The shared spaces and gardens were clean and well-maintained. Loved the classic, 400-year-old doors throughout the place too!
The colder temperature during the winter months, but this is to be expected anywhere unless an extra heater is provided.

Our host was friendly and helpful, the house itself was an artwork. The flat had funny decorative details and little things to discover in the rooms. The bedroom was big, calm, and tidy with ample storage space. The coffee from the machine was excellent. The location was tranquil and conveniently close to transportation options.
Aspect: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
